  • We do not store credit card details or sensitive payment credentials; payments are processed by third-party payment providers (see Section 6).

  • WhatsApp / Meta: services may operate via WhatsApp Business API and are subject to applicable Meta policies and requirements.
  • Legal requirements: where required by law, court order, or to enforce rights, prevent fraud, or address security incidents.
  • Corporate transactions: in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to customary confidentiality protections.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including service delivery, dispute resolution, enforcement, and compliance with legal obligations. Upon termination/cancellation of services:

  • Access may be disabled in accordance with service terms.
  • Service/Conversation Data may be retained for up to 90 days for recovery/operational continuity and then deleted, unless retention is required by law.
  • Billing and accounting records may be retained as required by law.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to your information, correction/updates, deletion or restriction in appropriate cases, portability where applicable, and opt-out from marketing communications.
